More than an Obstacle Course Race - a multi part event to test your total fitness

Part 1) Strength / Endurance - You start by moving through various stations of functional fitness. Squats, Burpees, Push Ups, Sandbags, - Who knows what we will come up with before you head out to run the entire obstacle course.
Part 2) Fitness Challenge #2 -a WOD type experience
Part 3) Mystery Fitness Challenge

• Obstacles - If you have to ask - you are not ready
• Perfect test for the experienced Crossfitter, Endurance Runner or Athlete
Station 6= 10 Thrusters
Station 5= 20 Deadlifts - Burpee Broad Jump to Station 6
Station 4= 40 Push-Ups - Walking Lunge to Station 5
Station 3= 60 Kettlbell Swings - Waiter's Walk to Station 4
Station 2= 80 Sit-ups - Sandbag Carry to Station 3
Station 1 = 100 Squats - Bear Crawl to Station 2
